Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• PA PE license required.
• 10+ years civil engineering experience in a consulting environment.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer with significant PM responsibilities.
• Experience with design and construction projects; financial awareness.

• Find, win, plan, organize and execute engineering projects profitably and with client excellence.
• Acquire, develop and organize talent to deliver technical and PM skills.
• Coordinate team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects per plan.
