Job summary

Loenbro in Aurora, CO is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee the financial, operational, and administrative performance of electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role ensures projects are planned, organized, and executed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will lead permits, schedules, buyouts, submittals, shop drawings, budgets, billing, and track subcontractor performance and material procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ project controls/coordination experience in electrical projects.
• 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical project management.
• Experience managing electrical projects of $12M+.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects (up to 5).
• Experience managing projects with over 100 employees.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills and Accubid proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial organization and tracking of electrical projects.
• Prepare permits, schedule, buyouts, submittals, shop drawings, budgets, and values.
• Manage change orders, billing, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate materials, submittals, and closeout activities including O&M manuals.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EH&S policies.
• Support business operations as needed.
