Miller Electric Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical contracting projects in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. You will drive estimates, scheduling, on-site supervision, and mentoring to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

You will work with a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and advance your professional development within a safety‑driven culture that values quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical contracting project management.
• Proficient in architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong computer & Microsoft 365 skills.
• Familiar with item-by-item estimating.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must understand billing and collections.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience mentoring project managers and senior trade professionals.
• OSHA 30 certification within first year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all company, client, and project policies/procedures are followed.
• Generate estimates and prepare project plans with timelines, funding, and resources.
• Oversee on-site supervision to match design, budget, and schedule; interface with client.
• Coordinate activities of company personnel and subcontractors.
• Generate billings and lead the collections process.
• Frequent site visits with field supervision to address progress and needs.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials with vendors.
• Build long-term client and staff relationships with innovative solutions.
• Provide feedback to the business unit vice president.
• Manage project reviews focusing on financial forecasting.
• Mentor junior staff toward personal development goals.
• Continuously expand professional knowledge and skills.
