Job summary

Miller Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical contracting projects with a client-facing focus in Savannah. You will report to the Director and VP, develop plans, manage budgets, and guide onsite teams. The role emphasizes collaboration, bargaining, and hands-on technical training.

Qualifications

• Electrical contracting project management experience required.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; billing/collections knowledge.
• 40-Hour OSHA certification within first year; strong PC skills including MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company, client and project policies.
• Generate estimates and develop plans with time frames, budgets and resources.
• Oversee on-site supervision to align design, budget, and schedule.
• Interface with customers to confirm expectations before, during and after projects.
• Coordinate and manage company personnel and subcontractors on assigned projects.
• Generate billings and lead collections for projects.
• Attend site visits to assess progress and future labor/material needs.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials with vendors.
• Foster long-term client and peer relationships while improving procedures.
