Miller Electric is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in a client-facing role, reporting to the Director and VP. You will manage projects from estimation through closeout, focusing on electrical construction, VDC, and collaboration with the field andoffice teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a Project Manager for commercial electrical work.
• Experience managing electrical construction projects up to $10M.
• Experience preparing take-offs and change-order estimates.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Commitment to improving communication, organization and leadership.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Financial acumen: full responsibility for project financials, margins, and performance metrics.
• Estimating and change orders: manage quotes, scope, and vendor/sub quotes.
• Schedule coordination with GC; use Microsoft Project or P6; ensure deadlines.
• Preconstruction and VDC: experience with 2D/3D models, prefabrication, Trimble Total Station.
• Leadership: manage customers, vendors, subcontractors, and Miller team.
• Regular cross-regional communication with peers.
• Follow documented processes; use technology platforms for financials and PM.
• Maintain customer relations while protecting company interests.
• Delegate effectively; lead meetings; foster growth and culture.
