Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale electrical construction projects in industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to supervise multiple electrical crews (20+ personnel).
• Strong field service and electrical installation knowledge; read electrical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical installation on large industrial and mission-critical projects (data centers).
• Serve as liaison between contractors, subcontractors and project teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage field personnel and multiple crews to ensure productivity and quality.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and sequencing of electrical work.
• Review design documents and verify field compliance for quality installations.
• Promote safety and align with OSHA standards on site policies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule and scope.
• Collaborate with general contractors and other trades to resolve field conflicts and optimize workflows.
• Manage change orders related to electrical scope and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide constructive field input to design/engineering discussions.
