Jobot is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from startup to closeout. The role requires overseeing scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, contract management, cost control, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or delays that may affect timeline or budget.
