Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Oakland seeks an experienced Project Manager (Commercial) to lead complex electrical construction projects across the Bay Area. You will supervise preconstruction through closeout, coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers, and drive on-time delivery while safeguarding client relationships and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial electrical PM, strong financial controls, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial electrical construction project management experience.
Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.
Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Monitor financial performance and ensure project profitability.
Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
Mentor junior project staff and promote operational excellence.
