AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial electrical construction in the northeastern Los Angeles area. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, mentoring field teams and coordinating with clients and contractors.

The role offers a direct hire, full-time opportunity with 150k–180k USD salary, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Strong estimating and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Manage larger commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead project budgets, schedules, estimating, procurement, change orders, and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate with field leadership, general contractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from award through completion, including schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Prepare estimates, change orders, cost forecasts, and project financial updates to support profitability and successful project delivery.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents to identify risks, opportunities, scope gaps, and cost impacts.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, estimators, vendors, general contractors, and internal operations teams.
• Negotiate pricing, manage material and equipment procurement, and support project planning from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build strong client and field team relationships while mentoring junior project managers and contributing to operational improvement.
