Job summary

CS Erickson is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial/industrial electrical projects from kickoff to turnover. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, electricians, and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.

The role requires a strong technical background in electrical systems, proven PM experience, and the ability to guide cross-disciplinary teams. A PMP/PE is a plus, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Obtain permits and approvals as required for electrical projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor expenses and manage budgets to avoid overruns.
• Lead project teams including electricians and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
