Job summary

gpac is partnering with a well-established electrical contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value commercial and industrial projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. You will oversee teams of electricians, subcontractors, and field staff while coordinating with clients and leadership to keep projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial construction methods and NEC codes
• Experience managing multiple project types and sizes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Journeyman/field background is a plus, but not required

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Serve as the primary client point of contact
• Track project performance, including cost, schedule, and risk management
• Ensure all documentation, reports, and closeout packages are completed accurately
