Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Project Manager for commercial electrical construction in Houston, TX. The role is 100% in-office and entails leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

A Journeyman Electrician License and five years of PM experience with an electrical contractor are required, with strong Procore proficiency. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience with an electrical contractor.
• Current Journeyman Electrician License.
• Procore project management software proficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure jobsite safety and quality.
• Manage multiple commercial electrical construction projects.
• Oversee planning, procurement, scheduling, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and manpower plans.
• Lead project meetings with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
