You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and coordination with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers, while mentoring junior staff and driving operational excellence on high-value assignments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial electrical project management.
• Experience delivering medium to large commercial projects.
• Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.
• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability.
• Build relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Mentor junior project staff and promote operational excellence.
