Job summary

Talently in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout. You will build strong client and trade relationships and drive on-site execution with a hands-on leadership style.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in PM and estimating for projects valued $1–$10 million, NEC expertise, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management, estimating, and project experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage electrical estimating from concept through final bid with accuracy and competitiveness.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen.
• Coordinate with field leadership to manage schedules and site issues to maintain momentum.
• Track project costs, procurements, and forecast schedules using project management tools.
• Coordinate communication among all construction stakeholders for clarity and accountability.
• Manage multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously with organization and attention to detail.
