Job summary

H.A TECH SOLUTIONS LLC in Pacific, WA is seeking an experienced electrical estimating and project management professional. You will lead estimating from concept to bid on commercial electrical projects ranging from $1M to $10M, and oversee kickoff through closeout.

Responsibilities include building client and vendor relationships, coordinating with superintendents and foremen, tracking costs, procurement, and schedule forecasting using Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience.
• Experience estimating and managing commercial electrical projects from $1M–$10M.
• Degree in Construction Management or similar (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Commercial electrical trade experience (preferred).
• Ability to communicate with all parties of the construction team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

• Track costs, manage procurement, and forecast timelines using project management software and tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to accurately estimate and manage commercial electrical projects from $1M-10M in value – TI’s, warehouses, multi-family, mixed-use, data centers
• Degree in Construction Management or similar (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
• Commercial electrical trade experience (preferred)
• Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs at once
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Compensation

• $125,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year, based on experience
