Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator for Pacific, WA. You will drive bid-ready estimates and lead commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, vendors, and field teams.

Requirements include 5+ years in electrical PM/estimating, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and proven ability to manage multiple projects valued $1M-$10M. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating experience.
• Commercial electrical construction experience.
• Experience estimating and managing projects valued between $1M-$10M.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project execution.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and competitive bid proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis.
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process.
• Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs.
• Manage commercial electrical projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor utilization, and procurement.
• Forecast costs and project profitability.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Resolve project challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
• Conduct local project site visits as needed.
