Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This leadership role requires deep knowledge of electrical systems, scope development, and the ability to lead field and office teams. You will manage multiple projects across industrial and commercial sectors, coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors, monitor schedules and budgets, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience managing industrial, heavy commercial, large-scale commercial, or healthcare projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
• Design-build or design-assist experience.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple electrical projects of varying sizes across industrial and commercial sectors.
• Oversee preconstruction planning, estimating support, scope development, and client communications.
• Coordinate closely with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and safety.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, material procurement, manpower needs, and change orders.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete, including submittals, RFIs, logs, and progress reports.
• Lead project meetings with clients, general contractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and project engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years of electrical project management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects in industrial, heavy commercial, or large-scale commercial, or healthcare environments.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license (a plus)
• Design-build or design-assist experience
• Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA standards, and construction safety protocols.
• Skilled in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience also considered.
