Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience managing healthcare facilities or mission-critical data centers.
• Proven success leading projects exceeding $10M in construction value.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, redundancy strategies (N+1, 2N, 2N+1), and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from planning through construction and commissioning.
• Serve as the primary client contact.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Lead internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Oversee medium- and low-voltage distribution, UPS, generators, emergency power, grounding, and lighting systems.
• Develop and execute Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and outage plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Manage project forecasting, change orders, invoicing, and profitability.
• Conduct quality reviews, risk assessments, and design reviews.
• Support business development and mentor junior staff.

This role requires strong technical expertise, client management skills, and experience overseeing complex electrical infrastructure where reliability and uptime are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from planning through construction and commissioning.
• Serve as the primary client contact.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Lead internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Oversee medium- and low-voltage distribution, UPS, generators, emergency power, grounding, and lighting systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong knowledge of power distribution, redundancy strategies (N+1, 2N, 2N+1), and critical infrastructure.
• Experience creating and executing MOPs.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong client-facing, leadership, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience with healthcare electrical systems and emergency power.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Accubid Change Order Pro is a plus.
