KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role emphasizes healthcare, higher education, government, high-rise, and large commercial projects, with a focus on driving results in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical PM experience, strong knowledge of codes and workflows, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, government, high-rise, or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction workflows.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Oversee projects within healthcare facilities, universities, government buildings, high-rise, and large commercial developments
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standards
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
