Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager in Atlanta to lead on-site delivery of electrical systems for a mission critical construction project. You will oversee installation, coordination, commissioning, and testing of critical infrastructure, coordinating with clients and vendors on a fast-paced execution-focused team.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery over design, requiring strong field presence, 5+ years of electrical-focused construction experience, and EPC exposure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience with strong electrical focus.
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering or PM with electrical background, or Navy/Military/Aviation background.
• Mission critical background and specialist EPC experience.
• Medium Voltage experience required.
• Strong field presence with execution, installation and commissioning focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical scope execution from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Develop and manage M/E estimates, system analysis, and value engineering strategies.
• Oversee power distribution, critical systems, and infrastructure coordination.
• Drive project scheduling, sequencing, and constructability reviews.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and equipment procurement.
• Lead commissioning efforts, including system testing and validation.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure performance and compliance.
• Partner with clients and support project pursuits and business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.

This role is focused on on-site delivery of electrical systems, leading installation, coordination, and commissioning of critical infrastructure. This is an execution-driven position, best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and prefer hands-on delivery of complex systems over design-focused work. Responsibilities
