Job summary

Helix Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee major electrical construction projects and lead diverse teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget. You will drive profitability, manage subcontractors, and ensure client satisfaction from bid through project completion.

The role requires a track record of profitable portfolio management, deep understanding of electrical systems, and strong leadership with safety compliance, communication, and risk management across multiple concurrent

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Understand electrical engineering concepts and field coordination.
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and win projects.
• Proven ability to run a profitable portfolio and drive project profitability.
• Strong initiative, execution, and oral/written communication skills.
• Safety awareness and leadership on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead project teams for each project, delivering quality output on time and within budget.
• Drive profitability through effective project execution and cost control.
• Lead technical/schedule goals, contractual requirements, personnel assignments and capacity planning.
• Mentor and develop direct/indirect team members while ensuring safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors to meet project requirements and changes.
• Oversee project review processes with emphasis on financial forecasting and client satisfaction.
