Job summary

Helix Electric Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, manage, oversee, and direct assigned electrical construction projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will develop project teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate procurement and contract requirements, and ensure safety and quality across all phases. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a field setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in electrical commercial/mixed-use construction.
• Understand engineering in electric power and related systems.
• Field experience coordinating with construction management and crews.
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build strong project teams and deliver quality output within time and budget.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
• Lead project management goals including procurement, schedule, and contracts.
• Review and improve department processes to meet customer requirements and profitability.
