Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum of 10 years PM experience in electrical construction; knowledge of scheduling, equipment, methods.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and win projects.
• Proven mentoring and people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for construction, PM, and project administration activities.
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and profitability for assigned projects.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development.
• Oversee staffing, workload, and performance of project management staff.
• Conduct monthly project reviews to ensure schedules, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Handle change orders and vendor/subcontractor relationships; ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and present financial projections and value schedules for projects.
