Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years PM experience in electrical construction; knowledge of scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and win projects; mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight in client management, procedures, financial reporting and workforce planning.
• Manage and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors; ensure timely payments.
• Conduct monthly project reviews to ensure schedule, quality, safety and profitability.
• Assign projects based on personnel availability and project needs; lead close out meetings and document data sheets.
