Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Experience leading large teams and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering concepts and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive division profitability through effective project execution of multiple sizable projects.
• Develop the organization to achieve excellence through continuous improvement and implement initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop project teams.
• Responsible for work assignments, hiring, promotions and performance appraisal.
• Review contractual requirements for all projects and process design methodology.
• Control department activities for adherence to project requirements.
• Develop/oversee project management goals, procurement and contractual requirements, staffing, and capacity planning.
• Communicate challenges, risks and successes proactively.
• Coordinate with accounting to invoice per project terms and oversee change orders.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to resolve contract disputes.
• Balance internal and external resource loading.
