AE2S in Lehi, UT is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Engineer to lead electrical design and project delivery for water and wastewater infrastructure across multiple locations. The role suits an experienced electrical engineer who can guide multidisciplinary teams and deliver high‑quality solutions for municipal and industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical system design experience.
• PE licensure in Utah or ability to obtain.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
• Adept at guiding and mentoring mid-level and senior staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SCADA, instrumentation and data networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level electrical engineering and project management leadership for complex water and wastewater projects.
• Lead and support business development efforts to drive local and regional growth.
• Serve as a technical leader across power systems, instrumentation and controls, and SCADA.
• Design and oversee electrical systems ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Lead large‑scale electrical design projects including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Provide QC/QA for electrical designs, drawings and specs.
• Mentor engineers and staff to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with disciplines and subconsultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, and new opportunities.
