Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager and project participants, ensuring technical accuracy of electrical aspects and overall project success. The role focuses on engineering coordination, documentation, and field verification within a dynamic construction environment.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related field, 2–3 years of electrical construction experience, and strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, MicroStation) with knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of electrical construction experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation) and pipe stress analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA).

Responsibilities

• Engineer and coordinate projects with the Project Manager and team.
• Maintain and organize electrical documentation (schematics, one-line diagrams, panel schedules).
• Coordinate field testing, verification, and commissioning activities.
• Perform electrical material take-offs and procurement support.
• Assist in developing project schedules using MS Project and prepare estimates.
• Support safety plans and compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E.
