Job summary

Bartlett & West is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and oversee electrical systems within the MEP group for diverse projects including education, industrial, and public works. You will work with a Project Manager to define scope, develop concepts, and ensure timely delivery of quality documents. Ideal candidates hold a 4–8 year track record in electrical design, are proficient with AutoCAD/REVIT, and are E.I.T.

with P.E. preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years engineering experience in Electrical Systems design.
• E.I.T. required; P.E. preferred; licensure in required states.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Experience with cost estimates, design process, and project administration.
• Willing to travel occasionally (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager with project planning and scope development.
• Direct production of project deliverables and signing/sealing as needed.
• Prepare studies, plans, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate design processes and documentation.
• Assist with bidding, contracts, and project accounting input.
• Ensure quality and compliance with codes.
• Engage in site investigations and reporting.
