Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years in an architectural/engineering consulting environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong expertise in electrical engineering design and systems.
• Experience managing moderate to complex projects.
• Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis.
• Proven ability to manage tasks and schedules within the electrical discipline.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction completion.
• Serve as primary or secondary point of contact for clients on projects.
• Provide technical expertise and ensure high-quality engineering deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct life cycle cost analysis and support construction cost evaluations.
• Represent the electrical discipline in client meetings and project discussions.
• Oversee and guide project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
