Farnsworth Group is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer - Building Systems to serve as a senior technical lead for planning, design, and execution of electrical building systems projects. The role blends advanced design with project leadership, client coordination, and mentoring responsibilities to drive high-quality delivery across concurrent assignments.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Typically 8–12+ years of electrical design experience for building systems.
• ProfessionalEngineer (PE) license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical system design for building projects including service distribution, power, lighting, controls, and support systems.
• Own discipline deliverables from schematic design through construction.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, equipment selections, drawings, and specs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and priorities with PMs and senior staff.
• Interface with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Lead construction administration tasks: submittals, RFIs, site observations, issue resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers and support department standards.
