Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent - Multi-Family to lead on-site activities, coordinate with partners, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a multi-family residential project.

You will supervise crews and subcontractors, read plans, resolve on-site issues, and maintain compliant, organized job sites while supporting project milestones and client communications. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Thorough understanding of residential and commercial new construction processes.
• Ability to supervise, train, mentor, and develop field personnel and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and specs to determine scope, materials, equipment, and requirements.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors; ensure safety and quality on site.
• Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Identify tools, materials, and equipment and manage on-site logistics.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites and document progress.
• On-site direction and leadership to field personnel and subcontractors.
• Manage jobsite materials, takeoffs, ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with codes and project schedules; address deficiencies promptly.
