Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now including PMA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Life Sciences team in San Francisco. This hybrid role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and focuses on leading electrical systems and fire alarm/life safety within complex real estate and infrastructure projects.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate design teams, monitor budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff while delivering projects that support technology and innovation in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years in electrical-affiliated project management, design, coordination, or construction.
• Experience with complex technology, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and construction docs.
• Proven track record meeting client expectations and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary client and project team contact across lifecycle for electrical and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate design meetings, document discussions, track action items.
• Drive creation of Electrical and Fire Alarm/Life Safety documents.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project controls; assess changes.
• Build strong partnerships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors.
