Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest is seeking a Senior Project Manager to procure and supervise electrical construction and renovation projects. You will assist a team of Project Managers and engage in nearly every aspect of electrical contracting while upholding our Commitment to Excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects in healthcare, data center, and industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and cash flow, billings, change orders, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills across project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage own projects and assist project managers, engineers, and estimators.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, submittals, invoices, subcontracts, and related docs.
• Monitor project cash flow and ensure timely billing per schedule.
• Oversee contracts and subcontracts and coordinate manpower requirements.
• Observe on-site progress and maintain project reporting systems.
• Collaborate with owners, GCs, subs, and suppliers on project success.
