Job summary

Ace Electric seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar electrical construction projects, including data centers and mission-critical facilities. Based in Jackson, TN with travel across the U.S., you will manage scope, safety, and client relationships, embedding with site teams when needed.

This role demands 7+ years of leadership in electrical construction, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with NEC and industry tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction leadership experience (electrical preferred).
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong financial and operational ownership mindset.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, Spectrum, Excel, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of NEC and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of multi-million-dollar electrical projects
• Project financials: forecasting, cost control, and profitability
• Coordination with Superintendents to drive schedule, productivity, and execution
• Subcontractor/vendor management and contract negotiation
• Ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Identifying opportunities for prefabrication and operational efficiency
• Building strong client and internal relationships
• Developing and mentoring field and project teams
