Responsibilities

Forecast, control costs, and ensure profitability.

Manage subcontractors and vendors; negotiate contracts.
Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
Identify opportunities for prefabrication and efficiency.
Build client and internal relationships; mentor teams.
