Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on mission critical and data center projects across the Southeast and Midwest. The role supports both dedicated travel teams and local groups in Columbus, OH and the Greater Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical construction experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; CPR and First Aid training preferred
• Proven ability to manage large field teams on mission critical/data center projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; able to drive safety and productivity
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing; valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct field personnel on electrical construction projects
• Manage day-to-day field operations for mission critical/data center projects
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment
• Ensure NEC compliance, project specs, and company standards
• Drive safety performance and enforce safety policies
• Mentor foremen, electricians, and field leadership teams
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
