Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large electrical construction projects, primarily data centers and hyperscale efforts in the U.S. The role is based in Kennesaw, GA, with options to travel or be embedded on-site at active projects.

You will own project lifecycles, manage budgets, coordinate with field teams, and drive safety and profitability on fast‑paced assignments across the country.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction leadership experience (electrical preferred).
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects.
• Strong financial and operational ownership mindset.
• Working knowledge of NEC and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle management of multi‑million‑dollar electrical projects.
• Manage project financials: forecasting, cost control, profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to drive schedule and execution.
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for prefabrication and efficiency.
• Build client and internal relationships; mentor field teams.
