Job summary

Workspire is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to own electrical scope from mobilization through commissioning on a large hyperscale data center project. This fully onsite role requires leading field teams, managing cost, schedule, safety, and quality while coordinating with owners, GC, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction, strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E, and hands-on leadership on mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Ownership of RFIs, submittals, schedules, cost controls, and procurement.
• Experience leading electrical field teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA construction requirements and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical scope from mobilization through commissioning and energization.
• Develop and maintain an execution plan aligning field activities with schedule and budget.
• Own cost controls, forecasting, and productivity reporting.
• Lead owner and contractor coordination meetings and daily field huddles.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
