Job summary

International Erosion Control Association is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead high-profile data center construction projects, overseeing all phases from site to completion with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget.

You will partner with senior leadership to define goals, manage contracts, and coordinate with vendors, ensuring NEC compliance, cost control, and strong client relations to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience overseeing $10M+ projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• A valid Journeyman or Master Electrical License is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects from the field, ensuring strict adherence to NEC guidelines, corporate safety policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with the Sr. Project Manager to define project goals, establish performance standards, and implement operational procedures.
• Financial & Change Management: Oversee contract financials to maximize profitability and protect company interests. Perform accurate material takeoffs and pricing for change orders.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary company representative in project meetings and labor negotiations, consistently exceeding client expectations to secure future business.
