McKinstry is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Electrical INW division in Spokane, WA. You will oversee high-complexity projects, manage client relationships, and supervise project managers.

Responsibilities include developing plans, coordinating resources, and maintaining safety and project documentation. You will lead financial oversight, procurement, and communications with owners and vendors while ensuring McKinstry safety standards across on-site teams.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating multiple PMs and resources on large projects.
• Strong client communication and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with construction management and financial acumen.
