Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with 3+ years in NPI for high-volume data center networking gear.
• Experience designing/qualifying FT systems and test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness for complex data center products (switches/routers).
• Develop manufacturing processes, perform DFX reviews, and manage product lifecycle activities.
• Oversee automated test equipment development and signal integrity diagnostics.
