Job summary

TE Connectivity in Mount Joy, PA, is seeking a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to lead development, optimization, and support of advanced manufacturing systems, including robotic and automated assembly cells.

The role requires deep expertise in electrical systems, controls engineering, and electromechanical integration, with strong project management to drive initiatives from concept through implementation. Onsite relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with strong electrical/automation focus.
• Experience leading technical projects or capital equipment implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and integrators.
• Drive capital equipment projects, including specification development and procurement.
• Identify risks and mitigate to minimize production impact.
• Lead design reviews, technical reviews, and project status meetings.
• Maintain documentation and adherence to processes.
