Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking an Engineering Electrical Maintenance Technician for the Santa Isabel, PR location. You will plan and execute complex tasks to maintain, modify, and calibrate electrical and electromechanical systems and test equipment while complying with EH&S directions.

The role requires residing in Puerto Rico at start; relocation isn’t offered. You will perform maintenance tasks, support engineering projects, and document findings with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. GED) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for engineering projects.
• Work closely with engineers and other team members to support project goals and timelines.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Participate in investigations or troubleshooting process or quality defects. Participate in Real-Time Problem Resolution (RTRP) exercises and be able to execute them with minimal supervision.
• Manage documentation like SW, PM and OPM suggestions.
