Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for engineering projects, including testing, programming, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems, components, or equipment.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, schematics, and documentation for engineering projects.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to support project goals and timelines.
• Provide input and feedback on design improvements and process optimizations.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Participate in investigations or troubleshooting process or quality defects and RTRP exercises.
• Review and optimize critical process equipment and process parameters to ensure optimal operation.
• Validate the first piece to ensure run integrity.
• Identify potential mechanical defects as part of root cause analysis.
