Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking an Engineering Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Santa Isabel, PR site. You will plan and execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of test systems, control equipment, and electromechanical units to maintain workflow and testing readiness.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish. U.S. citizenship is required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education in related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship required to access information for the program/contract.

Responsabilités

• Assist in design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data with accuracy and standards compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, schematics, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet project goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations.
• Participate in investigations or troubleshooting of defects and issues.
• Manage documentation like software (SW), predictive maintenance (PM), and OPM suggestions.
