Job summary

Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all electrical systems and operations across the property. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate upgrades and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records of permits and inspections while delivering high-standards service and reliability for guests and team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or an associate degree in Electrical Systems preferred.
• Minimum 5 years electrical experience with at least 2 years in supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical systems and operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance across the property.
• Lead and mentor electrical technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lighting, power distribution, gaming equipment, HVAC controls, and emergency systems.
• Plan and execute electrical upgrades, installations, and renovations with other departments.
