Job summary

The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of on-site projects. The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination with Project Managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

You will supervise teams, coordinate schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure quality workmanship across multiple sites, with attention to safety, site logistics, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Two (2) years (or equivalent) supervisory experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and mentor project staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Maintain effective communication with Project Manager, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
• Perform general labor tasks, including steel stud, dry wall, painting, installation, repair and finishing.
