Job summary

Twenty Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing all electrical systems across the property and ensuring safe, compliant operation. This role will lead a team of technicians, coordinate projects, and serve as the primary technical resource for electrical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has extensive electrical experience, supervisory background, and strong knowledge of codes, safety standards, and blueprints interpretation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Must pass background check and obtain Tribal Gaming License as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise directly and indirectly all Maintenance Department employees.
• Lead and mentor electrical technicians; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
• Plan and execute electrical upgrades and installations in collaboration with contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, permits, and inspections.
