Job summary

Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians seeks an experienced maintenance leader to manage all maintenance, repair and facilities projects across Tribal buildings and equipment. You will embody our Five-Star Experience and align with our HEART values, leading teams and coordinating internal and external resources for project execution.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with Tribal standards, and budget adherence while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or GED) required.
Five years of relevant work experience required.
Three years (or equivalent) of Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, or closely related field preferred.
Must obtain Tribal Gaming License.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding our mission statement.
Lead by example and promote the HEART Experience with Guests and Team Members.
Coach and support Team Members to ensure required skills and resources.
Review project documentation for completeness and escalate discrepancies to Department Leader.
Coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution.
