Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Senior Electrical Lead Engineer in Seattle, WA. You will drive technical excellence, lead a team of electrical engineers, and deliver innovative design solutions for complex facilities.

You will provide strategic direction for electrical design, mentor staff, collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors, and ensure quality and schedule alignment across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer in infrastructure/building systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Current PE license and US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the electrical discipline within the office and region.
• Mentor and develop department staff, fostering career growth through structured development plans.
• Lead project execution from concept through construction administration.
• Act as the Engineer of Record, leading technical communication with clients.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, contractors to achieve successful outcomes.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, and quality control procedures.
